My mission is to help individuals facing challenges, such as anxiety, depression, private or professional life transitions, cultural adaptation, relationship building, change, improved communication, among many more areas. I can help you get in touch with your internal resources, obtain clarity by prioritizing your life goals, re-establish your well-being, reduce your emotional pain, overcome the transitions or changes in your professional or private life and live better overall by using Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

More concretely, my interventions cover areas such as:

We begin with your current concerns, defining the objectives and orienting towards the future. Even if sometimes it is useful to understand the origin of a problem, it does not mean that the problem will be automatically solved. Together we will be looking for ways of improving your current situation in the desired direction, according to your objectives. Step by step, you will be able to start exploring new ways of behaving, thinking and feeling more congruently with your profound values and live a more alligned life.

Practicalities

  • I work with adults. I offer my services in English, French and Romanian (while improving my Dutch language skills).
  • Sessions are organised face-to-face or via Skype. The frequency of the sessions is determined during the first session and it can be adjusted later in the process, usually being once a week or every other week. The duration of a session is 60 minutes and the price is 100 Euro.
  • A missed or cancelled session with less than 48 hours in advance will be charged.
  • I am registered with the Belgian Commission of Psychologists.
